Complete flexible packaging lines
Based on your production volume we combine the machines into different line concepts, from approx. 5 ml to 1000 ml. All with fast format change, automatic CIP cleaning and maximum process reliability.
Components
The line components
- 01Format-part-free handling — BOTTLEMAT Robot + BOTTLE POOLAutomatic destacking, orientation and insertion of plastic bottles.
- 02Format-part-free filling — ROBOMAT autoCIP/SIPAutomatic cleaning programs. Available in Ex version (ATEX) and 2-phase.
- 03Reduced-format-part capping — ROBOCAP-EC / CSWith BE head for push-on, screw and alignment closures. DP / PCS version with BEZ-H for spray, dosing and foam pumps.
- 04Puck transport — RATIFLEX + puck remover + RBIFor the RATILIGHT Puck system, size 1 and 05.

Depending on production requirements we offer different line concepts for a volume range of approx. 5 ml to 1000 ml. Some examples:

Format
Format parts
We have minimized the number of format parts required and developed cost-effective system solutions for the different format types. The parts are produced from CAD design data in modern CNC centres or by 3D printing.
This lets you quickly bring new bottle and cap formats into your RATIONATOR lines.
